The Highland Hawks basketball team scored 95 points and restricted the visiting Evergreen Christian Eagles to 37 in the Hawks non-league victory on Thursday.

The Hawks now sport a 19-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rosedale Christian Academy for a Metro Private contest on Saturday, January 28. Highland will battle a Rosedale Panthers team coming off a 54-53 league win over Springdale Prep (New Windsor, MD). The Rosedale Panthers record now stands at 16-11.

The Eagles (8-13) will now prepare for their contest against Fairfax Christian (Dulles, VA). The Cardinals come into the VISAA Division III contest with a 15-10 record. In their last contest, Fairfax Christian triumphed over Virginia Academy (Ashburn, VA), 63-57, in a league contest.
