January 26, 2024: Minot, ND The Nedrose Cardinals basketball team (Minot, ND), was overwhelmed 80-52 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Rugby Panthers (Rugby, ND)
The Panthers now possess a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shiloh Christian for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 27. Rugby will confront a Skyhawks team coming off a 68-49 non-league win over Turtle Mountain (Belcourt, ND). The Skyhawks record now stands at 8-3.
The Cardinals (2-12) will now prepare for their battle against Stanley (Stanley, ND). The Blue Jays come into the A Region 3 battle with a 9-5 record. In their last battle, Stanley trounced Turtle Mountain (Belcourt, ND), 62-45, in a league battle.
