North Dakota High School Basketball - Nedrose nudges New Town
February 23, 2024: New Town, ND 58763 In Friday's league outing, the Nedrose Cardinals (Minot, ND) basketball squad nipped the host New Town Eagles (New Town, ND), by a margin of 55-51.
The Cardinals (5-16) will now prepare for their outing against Des Lacs-Burlington (Des Lacs, ND). The Lakers go into the A Region 3 outing with a 19-3 record. In their last outing, Des Lacs-Burlington got by Bottineau (Bottineau, ND), 68-52, in a league outing.
The Eagles now own a 6-12 record. They play next when they travel to Standing Rock for a non-league outing on Saturday, February 24. New Town will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 70-61 league loss to Shiloh Christian (Bismarck, ND). The Warriors record now stands at 10-11.
