North Dakota High School Basketball - South Prairie/Max over New Town
February 1, 2024: Minot, ND Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the South Prairie/Max (Minot, ND) and the visiting New Town Eagles (New Town, ND), saw South Prairie/Max's basketball squad overcome New Town by a tally of 63-49.
With the victory, South Prairie/Max improves its record to 9-7 on the campaign. The travel to Wilton/Wing (Wilton, ND) to confront the Miners in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 3. The Miners come into the challenge with a record of 11-3.
Next up, the Eagles confront the Des Lacs-Burlington Lakers (Des Lacs, ND) in a A Region 3 challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. New Town will attempt to improve on its 5-8 season record. The Lakers come into the challenge with a 12-3 record after their 71-39 league win over Rugby (Rugby, ND).
