Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Shaler Area crushes Plum
January 27, 2023: Pittsburgh, PA 15209 Shaler Area Titans (Pittsburgh, PA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Plum Mustangs (Pittsburgh, PA), 69-44 in a league bout.
With the victory, Shaler Area upgrades its record to 12-5 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Woodland Hills (Pittsburgh, PA) to play the Wolverines in a WPIAL 5A 2 bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Wolverines come into the bout with a record of 10-6. Woodland Hills won 42-33 in their recent league bout against Armstrong (Kittanning, PA)
Next up, the Mustangs play the Fox Chapel Foxes (Pittsburgh, PA) in a WPIAL 5A 2 bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Plum will attempt to upgrade on its 6-12 season record. The Foxes come into the bout with a 11-6 record after their 65-51 league loss to Penn Hills (Pittsburgh, PA).
