The Hershey Panthers basketball team (Hershey, NE), was overwhelmed 80-38 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Bridgeport Bulldogs (Bridgeport, NE)

The Bulldogs now possess a 16-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bayard for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 28. Bridgeport will battle a Tigers team coming off a 56-51 non-league win over South Platte (Big Springs, NE). The Tigers record now stands at 13-3.

The Panthers (14-4) will now prepare for their battle against Chase County (Imperial, NE). The Longhorns come into the C1 District 12 battle with a 8-6 record. In their last battle, Chase County was overwhelmed by St. Patrick's (North Platte, NE), 48-40, in a non-league battle.
