Illinois High School Basketball - Christopher tipped by Steeleville
January 28, 2023: Christopher, IL 62822 The Steeleville Warriors basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Christopher Bearcats to 46 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Warriors now sport a 13-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cobden for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 31. Steeleville will meet a Appleknockers team coming off a 73-41 non-league loss to Webber (Bluford, IL). The Appleknockers record now stands at 9-13.
The Bearcats (8-14) will now prepare for their contest against Trico (Campbell Hill, IL). The Pioneers enter the Black Diamond - West contest with a 3-20 record.
