With the victory, Fairmont Heights improves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 5-8. Friendly lost 71-44 in their recent league challenge against Oxon Hill (Oxon Hill, MD)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North Tigers (Laurel, MD) in a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Douglass will attempt to improve on its 9-6 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 57-51 league win over Central (Capitol Heights, MD).
