Michigan High School Basketball - Dakota tops Grosse Pointe North
January 29, 2024: Macomb, MI 48044 Dakota Cougars (Macomb, MI) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Grosse Pointe North Norsemen (Grosse Pointe, MI), 53-43 in a league bout.
With the victory, Dakota upgrades its record to 13-2 on the campaign. The Cougars host L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI) to play the Crusaders in a Macomb Area - Red bout on Wednesday, January 31. The Crusaders come into the bout with a record of 1-11. L'Anse Creuse North lost 57-32 in their recent league bout against Grosse Pointe South (Grosse Pointe, MI)
Next up, the Norsemen play the Utica Eisenhower Eagles (Shelby Township, MI) in a Macomb Area - Red bout, on Wednesday, January 31.
