The Canton Little Giants were victorious over the host Metamora Redbirds basketball squad by a final score of 48-37 in Wednesday's league outing.

Next, the Little Giants clash with the Dunlap Eagles (Dunlap, IL) in a Mid-Illini outing, on Saturday, February 1. Canton will attempt to upgrade on its 14-13 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 17-10 record after their 59-49 league win over East Peoria (East Peoria, IL).
