The Reed Raiders (Sparks, NV) basketball knocked off the host Carson Senators (Carson City, NV), 62-50 in Tuesday's league test.

The Raiders (7-13) will now prepare for their test against McQueen (Reno, NV). The Lancers go into the 5A Northern test with a 10-10 record. In their last test, McQueen went down by Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV), 47-41, in a league test.

The Senators now own a 5-15 record. They play next when they host Sage Ridge for a non-league test on Thursday, February 2. Carson will encounter a Scorpions squad coming off a 62-52 league win over Smith Valley (Smith, NV). The Scorpions record now stands at 9-10.
