The Reed Raiders basketball team (Sparks, NV), was overwhelmed 73-40 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Douglas Tigers (Minden, NV)

The Tigers now possess a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McQueen for a 5A Northern battle on Friday, January 27. Douglas will battle a Lancers team coming off a 59-55 league win over Galena (Reno, NV). The Lancers record now stands at 10-8.

The Raiders (6-11) will now prepare for their battle against Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV). The Mustangs come into the 5A Northern battle with a 9-12 record. In their last battle, Damonte Ranch was overwhelmed by Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV), 65-37, in a league battle.
