Virginia High School Basketball - Forest Park nips Gar-Field
January 31, 2023: Woodbridge, VA 22192 Forest Park Bruins (Woodbridge, VA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Gar-Field Red Wolves (Woodbridge, VA), 61-54 in a league bout.
With the win, Forest Park upgrades its record to 12-8 on the season. The Bruins host Potomac Senior (Dumfries, VA) to play the Panthers in a Eastern bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 16-4.
Next up, the Red Wolves play the Potomac Senior Panthers (Dumfries, VA) in a Eastern bout, on Friday, February 3. Gar-Field will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 16-4 record after their 72-69 league win over Charles J. Colgan (Manassas, VA).
