The The Woodlands Highlanders (The Woodlands, TX) basketball crushed the host Caney Creek Panthers (Conroe, TX), 70-48 in Wednesday's league test.

The Highlanders (16-12) will now prepare for their test against Willis (Willis, TX). The Wildkats go into the 6A Region II District 13 test with a 19-10 record. In their last test, Willis walloped Caney Creek (Conroe, TX), 91-30, in a league test.
