The The Woodlands Highlanders basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Willis Wildkats to 57 in the Highlanders league triumph on Saturday.

The Highlanders now sport a 17-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Conroe for a 6A Region II District 13 contest on Saturday, February 10.

The Wildkats (19-11) will now prepare for their contest against Oak Ridge (Conroe, TX). The War Eagles enter the 6A Region II District 13 contest with a 10-20 record. In their last contest, Oak Ridge was nudged by Caney Creek (Conroe, TX), 58-47, in a league contest.
