Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Bishop Guilfoyle crushes Bishop McCort
January 31, 2025: Altoona, PA 16602 The Bishop Guilfoyle Marauders (Altoona, PA) basketball crushed the visiting Bishop McCort Crushers (Johnstown, PA), 79-49 in Friday's league bout.
The Marauders now possess a 14-3 record. They play next when they host Huntingdon for a Laurel Highlands bout on Monday, February 3. Bishop Guilfoyle will play a Bearcats team coming off a 59-51 league loss to Penn Cambria (Cresson, PA). The Bearcats record now stands at 8-9.
With the loss, Bishop McCort falls to 10-8 on the campaign. The Crushers travel to Central (Martinsburg, PA) to play the Dragons in a Laurel Highlands bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 13-4. Central won 56-53 in their recent league bout against Westmont Hilltop (Johnstown, PA)
