In Friday's league test, the Bishop McNamara Mustangs (Forestville, MD) basketball squad knocked off the host Bishop Ireton Cardinals (Alexandria, VA), by a score of 70-62.

Next, the Mustangs clash with the Mount St. Joseph Gaels (Baltimore, MD) in a non-league test, on Saturday, February 1. Bishop McNamara will attempt to improve on its 9-10 season record. The Gaels come into the test with a 15-8 record after their 64-51 non-league loss to St. Frances Academy (Baltimore, MD).
