Floyd County Buffaloes (Floyd, VA) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Patrick County Cougars (Stuart, VA), 73-48 in a league match.

With the victory, Floyd County advances its record to 14-3 on the year. The Buffaloes travel to Carroll County (Hillsville, VA) to face the Cavaliers in a Three Rivers match on Tuesday, February 4.
