Maryland High School Basketball - Sherwood nipped by Clarksburg
February 1, 2023: Clarksburg, MD 21216 The Clarksburg Coyotes tipped the visiting Sherwood Warriors basketball team by a final score of 61-54 in Wednesday's league game.
In their next game, the Coyotes face the Churchill Bulldogs (Potomac, MD) in a Montgomery 4A South game, on Friday, February 3. Clarksburg will attempt to move on its 11-7 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 12-3 record after their 86-71 non-league win over Blake (Silver Spring, MD).
With the defeat, Sherwood moves to 14-4 on the year.
