Northern Highlands Highlanders (Allendale, NJ) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Glen Rock Panthers (Glen Rock, NJ), 56-49 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Northern Highlands upgrades its record to 12-5 on the year. The Highlanders host Wayne Valley (Wayne, NJ) to face the Indians in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 4. The Indians enter the match with a record of 11-6. Wayne Valley lost 61-53 in their recent non-league match against Red Bank Catholic (Red Bank, NJ)

The Panthers now sport a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Garfield for a Bergen/Passaic - King match on Friday, February 14.
