February 2, 2024: Long Branch, NJ 07740 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Matawan Regional Huskies (Aberdeen, NJ) and the host Long Branch Green Wave (Long Branch, NJ), saw Matawan Regional's basketball squad wallop Long Branch by a tally of 69-44.
With the victory, Matawan Regional improves its record to 8-11 on the campaign. The Huskies host Point Pleasant Beach (Point Pleasant Beach, NJ) to confront the Garnet Gulls in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 3. The Garnet Gulls come into the challenge with a record of 9-9. Point Pleasant Beach won 70-31 in their recent league challenge against Asbury Park (Asbury Park, NJ)
