California High School Basketball - Pershing County tipped by North Tahoe

February 2, 2024: Tahoe City, CA 96161

In Friday's league match, the host North Tahoe Lakers basketball team scored a tight 55-48 triumph over the Pershing County Mustangs.

In their next game, the Lakers meet the Oasis Academy Bighorns (Fallon, NV) in a 2A Northern match, on Saturday, February 3. North Tahoe will attempt to move on its 10-11 season record. The Bighorns enter the match with a 9-13 record after their 61-21 league win over Coral Academy of Science - Reno (Reno, NV).

With the defeat, Pershing County moves to 8-15 on the year. The Mustangs host Silver Stage (Silver Springs, NV) to meet the Nighthawks in a 2A Northern match on Tuesday, February 6.
