Nevada High School Basketball - Oasis Academy succumbs to North Tahoe

The North Tahoe Lakers topped the host Oasis Academy Bighorns basketball team by a final score of 47-37 in Wednesday's league game.

In their next game, the Lakers face the West Wendover Wolverines (West Wendover, NV) in a 2A Northern game, on Friday, February 9. North Tahoe will attempt to move on its 12-11 season record. The Wolverines enter the game with a 19-4 record after their 65-17 league win over Silver Stage (Silver Springs, NV).

With the defeat, Oasis Academy moves to 9-15 on the year. The Bighorns host Pershing County (Lovelock, NV) to face the Mustangs in a 2A Northern game on Friday, February 9. The Mustangs enter the game with a record of 9-15. Pershing County won 60-25 in their recent league game against Silver Stage (Silver Springs, NV)
