Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Manchester Red Hawks (Manchester, CT) and the host Middletown Blue Dragons (Middletown, CT), saw Manchester's basketball squad hold off Middletown by a tally of 63-59.

With the victory, Manchester improves its record to 5-10 on the campaign. The Red Hawks host Edwin O. Smith (Storrs, CT) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 6. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 14-3. Edwin O. Smith won 54-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Windsor (Windsor, CT)

Next up, the Blue Dragons confront the Bristol Eastern Lancers (Bristol, CT) in a Central Connecticut - West Colonial challenge, on Tuesday, February 7.
