The Sheridan Spartans basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Scio Loggers to 39 in the Spartans league triumph on Friday.

The Spartans now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Amity for a 3A PacWest contest on Tuesday, February 7. Sheridan will battle a Warriors team coming off a 56-16 league win over Taft (Lincoln City, OR). The Warriors record now stands at 16-3.

The Loggers (2-17) will now prepare for their contest against Dayton (Dayton, OR). The Pirates enter the 3A PacWest contest with a 1-15 record.
