February 3, 2025: Scranton, PA 18508 The West Scranton Invaders basketball squad (Scranton, PA), was crushed 80-22 in Monday's league battle with the host Scranton Knights (Scranton, PA)
With the victory, Scranton advances its record to 12-7 on the year. The Knights host Wallenpaupack Area (Hawley, PA) to clash with the Buckhorns in a non-league test on Saturday, February 8. The Buckhorns come into the test with a record of 7-9.
The Invaders (2-14) will now prepare for their test against North Pocono (Covington Township, PA). The Trojans come into the non-league test with a 10-9 record. In their last test, North Pocono was routed by Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, PA), 57-40, in a league test.
