The Americas Trail Blazers were victorious over the visiting Hanks Knights basketball squad by a final score of 58-42 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Trail Blazers face the Del Valle Conquistadores (El Paso, TX) in a 5A Region I District 2 outing, on Friday, February 7. Americas will attempt to upgrade on its 19-10 season record. The Conquistadores enter the outing with a 19-11 record after their 56-43 league loss to El Dorado (El Paso, TX).

The Knights (8-22) will now prepare for their outing against Bel Air (El Paso, TX). The Highlanders enter the 5A Region I District 2 outing with a 14-16 record. In their last outing, Bel Air was dropped by Parkland (El Paso, TX), 63-51, in a league outing.
