Rhode Island High School Basketball - Hope knocked off by Ponaganset

In Tuesday's league test, the Ponaganset Chieftains (North Scituate, RI) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Hope Blue Wave (Providence, RI), by a score of 67-54.

Next, the Chieftains encounter the Scituate Spartans (North Scituate, RI) in a Division III test, on Thursday, February 6. Ponaganset will attempt to improve on its 12-4 season record. The Spartans come into the test with a 8-10 record after their 71-56 league win over Blackstone Valley Prep (Cumberland, RI).

The Blue Wave (8-8) will now prepare for their test against Times Squared Academy (Providence, RI). The Eagles come into the Division III test with a 12-4 record. In their last test, Times Squared Academy beat Toll Gate (Warwick, RI), 59-57, in a league test.
