The North Iredell Raiders basketball team scored 39 points and limited the host Hickory Red Tornadoes to 36 in the Raiders league triumph on Tuesday.

The Raiders now have a 14-7 record. They play next when they host Statesville for a 3A Western Foothills game on Friday, February 7. North Iredell will confront a Greyhounds team coming off a 56-26 league win over West Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Greyhounds record now stands at 7-13.

With the loss, Hickory falls to 4-13 on the campaign. The Red tornadoes host West Iredell (Statesville, NC) to confront the Warriors in a 3A Western Foothills game on Friday, February 7. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 1-20. West Iredell lost 56-26 in their recent league game against Statesville (Statesville, NC)
