February 5, 2025: Mechanicsville, VA 23116 The Atlee Raiders basketball squad (Mechanicsville, VA), was crushed 66-34 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Deep Run Wildcats (Glen Allen, VA)
With the victory, Deep Run advances its record to 13-5 on the year. The Wildcats host Godwin (Richmond, VA) to meet the Eagles in a Colonial battle on Friday, February 7. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 11-5. Godwin won 56-28 in their recent non-league battle against Prince George (Prince George, VA)
The Raiders now own a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hanover for a Capital battle on Friday, February 7. Atlee will meet a Hawks squad coming off a 74-29 league win over Varina (Richmond, VA). The Hawks record now stands at 13-4.
