The Oscoda Owls basketball team (Oscoda, MI), was overwhelmed 55-25 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Alcona Tigers (Lincoln, MI)

The Tigers now possess a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mio-Au Sable for a North Star battle on Friday, February 10.

The Owls (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against Heston Academy (St. Helen, MI). The Patriots come into the North Star battle with a 10-5 record. In their last battle, Heston Academy trounced Whittemore-Prescott (Whittemore, MI), 57-29, in a league battle.
