Maryland High School Basketball - Our Lady of Mount Carmel knocked off by John Carroll
February 7, 2024: Bel Air, MD 21015 The John Carroll Patriots basketball team scored 80 points and held the visiting Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cougars to 69 in the Patriots league triumph on Wednesday.
The Patriots now sport a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Boys Latin for a MIAA A - Black contest on Friday, February 9.
The Cougars (19-9) will now prepare for their contest against St. Frances Academy (Baltimore, MD). The Panthers enter the MIAA A - Red contest with a 21-9 record. In their last contest, St. Frances Academy ran past Calvert Hall (Baltimore, MD), 56-44, in a league contest.
