North Carolina High School Basketball - Atkins fells Northeast Guilford

February 7, 2025: Winston-Salem, NC 27101

The Atkins Camels basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting Northeast Guilford Rams to 39 in the Camels league triumph on Friday.

The Camels now possess a 4-16 record. They play next when they host High Point Central for a 3A Mid-State game on Tuesday, February 11. Atkins will confront a Bison team coming off a 71-30 league loss to Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC). The Bison record now stands at 0-21.

With the loss, Northeast Guilford drops to 6-16 on the year. The Rams host Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC) to face the Cougars in a 3A Mid-State match on Tuesday, February 11. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 20-2. Rockingham County won 56-37 in their recent league match against Dudley (Greensboro, NC)
