Massachusetts High School Basketball - Uxbridge fells Southbridge
February 8, 2023: Southbridge, MA 01550 Uxbridge Spartans (Uxbridge, MA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Southbridge Pioneers (Southbridge, MA), 59-46 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Uxbridge upgrades its record to 9-7 on the season. The Spartans travel to Auburn (Auburn, MA) to clash with the Rockets in a South Worcester County - A bout on Monday, February 13. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 8-7. Auburn won 41-39 in their recent non-league bout against Worcester Tech (Worcester, MA)
Next up, the Pioneers clash with the Quaboag Regional Cougars (Warren, MA) in a South Worcester County - B bout, on Saturday, February 11. Southbridge will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 6-8 record after their 72-40 non-league win over Mahar Regional (Orange, MA).
