February 9, 2023: West Hartford, CT 06107 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Simsbury Trojans (Simsbury, CT) and the host Conard Red Wolves (West Hartford, CT), saw Simsbury's basketball squad hold off Conard by a tally of 52-48.
With the victory, Simsbury improves its record to 8-8 on the campaign. The Trojans host Enfield (Enfield, CT) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 14. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 11-5. Enfield won 63-51 in their recent non-league challenge against South Windsor (South Windsor, CT)
Next up, the Red Wolves play the Holy Cross Crusaders (Waterbury, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 11. Conard will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 13-3 record after their 99-76 league win over Waterbury Career Academy (Waterbury, CT).
