South Ridge Panthers (Culver, MN) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Hill City Hornets (Hill City, MN), 76-36 in a league bout.

With the victory, South Ridge upgrades its record to 12-7 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Wrenshall (Wrenshall, MN) to play the Wrens in a A Section 7 bout on Monday, February 13. The Wrens come into the bout with a record of 5-15. Wrenshall won 61-48 in their recent non-league bout against Greenway (Coleraine, MN)

Next up, the Hornets play the McGregor Mercuries (McGregor, MN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Hill City will attempt to upgrade on its 3-15 season record. The Mercuries come into the bout with a 3-14 record after their 77-58 non-league loss to East Central (Sandstone, MN).
