Indiana High School Basketball - Perry Meridian topped by Franklin Community

The Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Perry Meridian Falcons to 39 in the Grizzly Cubs league victory on Friday.

The Grizzly Cubs now sport a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Columbus East for a non-league contest on Monday, February 13. Franklin Community will battle a Olympians team coming off a 74-48 league loss to Jennings County (North Vernon, IN). The Olympians record now stands at 1-17.

The Falcons (4-14) will now prepare for their contest against Beech Grove (Beech Grove, IN). The Hornets come into the non-league contest with a 11-5 record. In their last contest, Beech Grove prevailed over Cascade (Clayton, IN), 59-36, in a league contest.
