February 11, 2025: Peoria, IL 61614 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Morton Potters (Morton, IL) and the host Richwoods Knights (Peoria, IL), observed Morton's basketball team overwhelm Richwoods by a margin of 78-56.
The Potters (20-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Rochester (Rochester, IL). The Rockets come into the non-league challenge with a 17-9 record. In their last challenge, Rochester trounced Charleston (Charleston, IL), 60-50, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Knights battle the Normal Community Ironmen (Normal, IL) in a Big Twelve challenge, on Friday, February 14. Richwoods will attempt to better on its 16-10 season record. The Ironmen come into the challenge with a 23-4 record after their 72-53 non-league win over Pekin (Pekin, IL).
