Maryland High School Basketball - Reservoir overwhelms Glenelg
February 12, 2024: Glenelg, MD 21737 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Reservoir 'Gators (Fulton, MD) and the host Glenelg Gladiators (Glenelg, MD), saw Reservoir's basketball squad wallop Glenelg by a count of 56-34.
With the victory, Reservoir upgrades its record to 10-7 on the campaign. The 'Gators travel to Hammond (Columbia, MD) to play the Golden Bears in a Howard County challenge on Friday, February 16. The Golden Bears come into the challenge with a record of 20-0. Hammond won 54-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Westminster (Westminster, MD)
Next up, the Gladiators play the Oakland Mills Scorpions (Columbia, MD) in a Howard County challenge, on Wednesday, February 14. Glenelg will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record. The Scorpions come into the challenge with a 14-6 record after their 52-33 league win over Marriotts Ridge (Marriottsville, MD).
