In Monday's league outing, the Washington County Panthers (Plymouth, NC) basketball squad felled the visiting Bertie Falcons (Windsor, NC), by a margin of 51-38.

The Panthers (10-11) will now prepare for their outing against Perquimans (Hertford, NC). The Pirates go into the 1A Conference 2 outing with a 19-2 record. In their last outing, Perquimans thwarted Riverside-Martin (Williamston, NC), 54-45, in a league outing.
