Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Hickory Red Tornadoes (Hickory, NC) and the visiting Foard Tigers (Newton, NC), saw Hickory's basketball squad wallop Foard by a tally of 65-44.

With the victory, Hickory improves its record to 23-0 on the campaign. The Red Tornadoes travel to Statesville (Statesville, NC) to confront the Greyhounds in a 3A Western Foothills challenge on Friday, February 16. The Greyhounds come into the challenge with a record of 12-10. Statesville won 75-61 in their recent league challenge against St. Stephens (Hickory, NC)
