South Dakota High School Basketball - Stanley County nips Mobridge-Pollock
February 13, 2024: Mobridge, SD 57601 Stanley County Buffalos (Fort Pierre, SD) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Mobridge-Pollock Tigers (Mobridge, SD), 62-59 in a league bout.
With the win, Stanley County upgrades its record to 11-8 on the season. The Buffalos travel to Little Wound (Kyle, SD) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Friday, February 16. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 7-10. Little Wound won 56-37 in their recent league bout against Bennett County (Martin, SD)
Next up, the Tigers play the Winner Warriors (Winner, SD) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 16. Mobridge-Pollock will attempt to upgrade on its 12-7 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 14-4 record after their 50-46 non-league win over Platte/Geddes (Platte, SD).
