Vermont High School Basketball - Proctor overwhelms Sharon Academy
February 13, 2024: Proctor, VT 05765 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Proctor Phantoms (Proctor, VT) and the visiting Sharon Academy Phoenix (Sharon, VT), saw Proctor's basketball squad wallop Sharon Academy by a tally of 82-20.
With the victory, Proctor improves its record to 12-6 on the campaign. The Phantoms travel to Poultney (Poultney, VT) to confront the Blue Devils in a Southern Vermont - D challenge on Friday, February 16. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 10-8. Poultney lost 58-56 in their recent league challenge against Long Trail (Dorset, VT)
Next up, the Phoenix confront the Mill River Minutemen (North Clarendon, VT) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 16. Sharon Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-17 season record. The Minutemen come into the challenge with a 4-14 record after their 55-41 non-league loss to Twin Valley (Wilmington, VT).
