February 14, 2023: Hawley, MN 56549 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Hawley Nuggets (Hawley, MN) and the visiting Barnesville Trojans (Barnesville, MN), saw Hawley's basketball squad overcome Barnesville by a tally of 83-66.
With the victory, Hawley improves its record to 13-8 on the campaign. The Nuggets travel to Pelican Rapids (Pelican Rapids, MN) to confront the Vikings in a AA Section 8 challenge on Friday, February 17. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 12-9. Pelican Rapids lost 55-49 in their recent league challenge against Perham (Perham, MN)
Next up, the Trojans confront the Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal Titans (Twin Valley, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 16. Barnesville will attempt to improve on its 12-7 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 6-12 record after their 60-46 league win over New York Mills (New York Mills, MN).
