The Tri County Area Vikings basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Kent City Eagles to 39 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Vikings now sport a 5-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Manistee for a non-league contest on Friday, February 16. Tri County Area will battle a Chippewas team coming off a 73-32 league loss to Whitehall (Whitehall, MI). The Chippewas record now stands at 9-10.
