The Jimtown Jimmies basketball squad (Elkhart, IN), was nudged 38-35 in Friday's league battle with the host Tippecanoe Valley Vikings (Akron, IN)

With the victory, Tippecanoe Valley advances its record to 14-4 on the year. The Vikings host Garrett (Garrett, IN) to meet the Railroaders in a non-league battle on Saturday, February 15. The Railroaders enter the battle with a record of 15-5. Garrett won 83-34 in their recent league battle against Eastside (Butler, IN)

The Jimmies now own a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bethany Christian for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 18. Jimtown will meet a Bruins squad coming off a 49-45 non-league win over Lakewood Park Christian (Auburn, IN). The Bruins record now stands at 9-11.
