Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Ashley Screaming Eagle (Wilmington, NC) and the visiting North Brunswick Scorpions (Leland, NC), saw Ashley's basketball squad wallop North Brunswick by a count of 55-31.

With the victory, Ashley upgrades its record to 14-10 on the campaign.

Next up, the Scorpions play the Hoggard Vikings (Wilmington, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 19. North Brunswick will attempt to upgrade on its 5-16 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 23-1 record after their 45-25 league win over New Hanover (Wilmington, NC).
