February 16, 2024: Dell Rapids, SD 57022 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Dell Rapids Quarriers (Dell Rapids, SD) and the visiting Lennox Orioles (Lennox, SD), saw Dell Rapids's basketball squad knock off Lennox by a tally of 74-63.
With the victory, Dell Rapids improves its record to 14-5 on the season. The Quarriers host Garretson (Garretson, SD) to encounter the Blue Dragons in a A Region 3 test on Monday, February 19. The Blue Dragons go into the test with a record of 5-14. Garretson lost 97-45 in their recent non-league test against Sioux Valley (Volga, SD)
The Orioles now own a 13-6 record. They play next when they host Dakota Valley for a A Region 4 test on Friday, February 23. Lennox will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 71-54 non-league loss to Groton (Groton, SD). The Panthers record now stands at 16-3.
