In Friday's league match, the visiting The Covenant Eagles basketball team scored a good 51-36 triumph over the Fishburne Military Caissons.

In their next game, the Eagles meet the Miller School of Albemarle Mavericks (Charlottesville, VA) in a Virginia Independent match, on Saturday, February 17. The Covenant will attempt to move on its 6-14 season record. The Mavericks enter the match with a 22-6 record after their 77-64 league win over Blue Ridge (St. George, VA).
