In Thursday's league outing, the Roanoke Catholic Celtics (Roanoke, VA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Fishburne Military Caissons (Waynesboro, VA), by a count of 82-49.

The Celtics (2-10) will now prepare for their outing against North Cross (Roanoke, VA). The Raiders go into the VISAA Division II outing with a 8-6 record. In their last outing, North Cross smashed Virginia Episcopal School (Lynchburg, VA), 60-56, in a league outing.

The Caissons now hold a 1-13 record. They play next when they travel to New Covenant for a VISAA Division IV outing on Tuesday, January 23.
